INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള നിര്ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്
‘Find Me’ is a project initiated by the Malayalam District CA to bring together CA members from around the world. All CA members under the Malayalam District must register through this system.
മലയാളം ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ട് സി. എ. യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള സി. എ. അംഗങ്ങളെ ഒരുമിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് 'Find Me'. മലയാളം ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ടിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള എല്ലാ സി. എ. അംഗങ്ങളും ഈ സംവിധാനം വഴി രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.Since the information entered during registration will be used for CA-related purposes, please ensure that all details are entered very carefully.
ഇതില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുന്ന വിവരങ്ങള് സി. എ. യുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ആവശ്യങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനാല് വളരെ ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ മാത്രം വിവരങ്ങള് എന്റര് ചെയ്യുക.
Registration must be completed in four stages. After completing the first stage, the applicant can complete the remaining stages at any time before the specified deadline using the login details received. 4 ഘട്ടങ്ങളായാണ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടത്. ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയ അപേക്ഷകന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ലോഗിന് വിവരങ്ങള് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിയ്ക്കകം എപ്പോള് വേണമെങ്കിലും മറ്റു ഘട്ടങ്ങള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.Stage 1: Click on the Start Registration link shown on this page. On the page that appears, enter the applicant’s basic details and submit the form.
ഘട്ടം 1: ഈ പേജില് കാണുന്ന Start Registration എന്ന ലിങ്കില് കയറുമ്പോള് ലഭിക്കുന്ന പേജില് അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പ്രാഥമിക വിവരങ്ങള് നല്കി സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക.Stage 2: Upon completion of Stage 1, the applicant will receive a username (email ID) and password. These must be kept safely for future CA registration-related needs. Using the login link available on this page, log in with these details to proceed to the next stage of registration.
ഘട്ടം 2: ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നെ അപേക്ഷകന് യൂസര് നെയിമും (ഇമെയില് ഐഡി) പാസ് വേര്ഡും ലഭിക്കും. സി. എ. രജിസ്ട്രേഷനുമായുള്ള തുടര് ആവശ്യങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഇത് സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഈ പേജില് ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന ലോഗിന് ലിങ്കില് ഈ ലോഗിന് വിവരങ്ങള് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ലോഗിന് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്റെ അടുത്ത ഘട്ടം ലഭ്യമാകും.Stage 3: After logging in, carefully fill in all the required details on the page provided and click Submit.
ഘട്ടം 3: ലോഗിന് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് ലഭിക്കുന്ന പേജില് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വിവരങ്ങള് എല്ലാം ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ ചേര്ത്ത ശേഷം Submit ചെയ്യുകStage 4: Applicants who complete Stage 3 will receive a link to pay the membership fee online. Registration will be considered complete once the membership fee (₹100) is paid through this link. The SB Collect payment system is used for this purpose. After payment, the applicant can log in to their profile within two days to view the payment details. Applicants who have already made the payment should not attempt to make another payment on the same day, even if the payment link is visible after logging in.
ഘട്ടം 4: മൂന്നാം ഘട്ടം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയവര്ക്ക് മെമ്പര്ഷിപ്പ് ഫീ ഓണ്ലൈനായി അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ലിങ്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഈ ലിങ്കിലൂടെ മെമ്പര്ഷിപ്പ് ഫീസ് (100 രൂപ) അടച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോള് രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് നടപടി പൂര്ത്തിയാകുന്നതാണ്. SB Collect എന്ന പേയ്മെന്റ് സംവിധാനമാണ് ഇവിടെ പണമടയ്ക്കുന്നതിനായി ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. പണമടച്ചശേഷം രണ്ടു ദിവസത്തിനകം അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പ്രൊഫൈലില് ലോഗിന് ചെയ്താല് പണമടച്ച വിവരങ്ങള് ഉള്പ്പെടെ കാണാന് കഴിയുന്നതാണ്. ഒരിക്കല് പണമടച്ച അപേക്ഷകര് ലോഗിന് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് പണമടയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ലിങ്ക് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും അന്നേ ദിവസം വീണ്ടും അതിനായി ശ്രമിക്കരുത്.For any doubts regarding registration or for additional information, please contact the official CA WhatsApp number: +91 90748 79522
